"La Madriguera" is a twenty five year old house set back from a quiet little road in an area of historical interest. Even closer to the house is a small Holiday village, with a party room and a lake. At this Holiday village, there is also a thirty three metre outdoor pool with all necessary facilities, including quiet Picnic areas and grassland. "La Madriguera" boasts two acres of parkland and gardens, with an ornamental fishpond, barbecue, terrace area, orchard and seating areas. There is more than enough parking space and, on arrival, you will be provided with a Remote Control for the main gates. Just a five minute drive will take you to the main D939 road, leading North to the city of Angoulême and South to Périgueux. The thriving little town of Villebois-Lavalette is just six kilometres from the house.
